About Us

Mr. Siow Fook Ching, also known as 'Ah Shun' was born in the era of developing. Since he was a child, he worked as a kitchen helper and learned chinese hand-made food, dim sum, hotdish and since then he worked as a dim sum chef in restaurants and hotels for many years. In 2001, Ah Shun decide to open his own factory with his relatives and friends support. He develops and manufactures chicken dumplings, unique handicrafts dim sum/hot dishes, desserts and pancakes. Ah Shun named his company and brands to S&S, which is comes from his name and his wife name. It is also bring the message that everyone can live with its own way, inherit his family memories. 萧子顺先生,也可称呼“阿顺”出生在一个建国风行的时代,自小踏出社会接触厨艺工作,学习了一手中式食品和手工点心/热荤的手艺。多年来,他一直都在酒楼和酒店工作于点心师傅。 直到2001年,经过多年的经验累计和亲戚朋友的鼓励,他决定自己出来设厂,开始研发和制造加工鸡肉饺,特色的手工点心/热荤类和甜品与锅饼。 他决定以“顺心意”作为公司和品牌之名。灵感源自于自己的名“顺”和老婆的名字“心”,也希望每个人都可以顺着心意去生活,以此传承家庭的记忆。 read more
